UCSolutions  has developed an innovative UCS cylinder mould purposely complimenting the concrete, paste backfill and grout testing regimes.

This particular mould incorporates a “Pull” tag and tear away strip that peels off the side of the cylinder so the cast cylinder is easily released from the mould, therefore less labour intensive and far more efficient in the laboratory testing process.

This design eliminates the use of sharp stripping tools which makes it a safer product to use, also this mould has proven to contribute to less cast failures therefore a consistency and accuracy in the testing results.
