UCSolutions has developed an innovative UCS cylinder mould purposely complimenting the concrete, paste backfill and grout tensile testing regimes.

This particular mould incorporates a ‘pull tag’ and tear away strip that peels off the side of the cylinder so the casted sample is easily released from the mould, therefore making the laboratory testing process less labour intensive and far more efficient.

This UCS mould is manufactured from 100% recyclable polypropylene plastic. Our design eliminates the use of sharp stripping tools, post cleaning of soiled moulds thus making it a much safer and efficient product to use.
